We are seeking a highly skilled Distinguished Engineer to join our team at Onset Group. As a key member of our technical leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our innovative cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and drive the technical direction of our organization, collaborating closely with the CTO and product teams.
  • Leverage your expertise in .NET, C#, Azure, microservices, and distributed systems to modernize our infrastructure and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to tackle complex challenges, ensuring seamless alignment between technology and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A decade of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles or as an Architect, Staff Engineer, or Principal.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong architectural instincts, with a deep understanding of system design, scalability, and performance.
  • A passion for mentorship and talent development, with a focus on empowering others to excel.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience.
