The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring a professional experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and manage incoming communications
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Administration team and broader business
  • Support the needs of staff and other stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Junior Receptionist to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Approximately two years of experience in reception, administration, or a similar role
  • Strong literacy and communication skills
  • High level of customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills
