Sales and Marketing Initiatives

This role supports Key Account Managers in driving performance across TMC and Leisure segments in the Pacific region. The successful candidate will lead sales, marketing, and distribution initiatives, develop engagement strategies, manage RFP processes, and collaborate with regional and global teams to drive loyalty and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive segment and account performance by leading sales, marketing, and distribution tasks, troubleshooting queries, developing annual plans, and representing Accor at events and presentations.
  • Lead the RFP contracting process for Leisure & TMC segments and assist with tactical campaigns and marketing activations with hotels and partners.
  • In collaboration with the KAM, oversee B2B marketing activations for the TMC and Leisure segments in the Pacific with key partners. Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and provide recommendations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to boost hotel knowledge and ensure hotel sales teams are engaged with and utilizing sales systems and tools through training and audits.
  • Oversee daily operations of A.N.A.I.S. and support the management of key sales tools and programs, including Learn with Us and LOL.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Tourism, or Hotel Management (preferred but not essential).
  • Extensive hotel industry experience with excellent presentation skills and relationships with key industry bodies and agencies.
  • Advanced computer proficiency in Windows Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) and Salesforce web-based applications.
  • Process and data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking abilities.
  • Previous experience with Business Travel Management Companies and/or Leisure Agencies.
