About the Role

We are seeking a professional to join our team as an Account Strategist. As a key member of our Client Management unit, you will play a critical role in developing and executing account plans that drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Working closely with our Lead Client Partners and delivery teams, you will build strong relationships with our clients, identify opportunities for pipeline growth, and collaborate across our lines of service to deliver exceptional client-centric experiences.

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders
  • Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to connect client priorities to firm capabilities
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) and working with data to inform decisions

In this role, your impact will be seen through:

  • Developing and executing account plans with Lead Client Partners, aligned to firm and industry priorities
  • Collaborating across lines of service to drive pipeline growth by identifying opportunities, coordinating, and supporting pursuits
  • Maintaining high-quality account data and reporting to support transparent and real-time decision-making
  • Leveraging tools and data to support account planning, client conversations, and driving insights
  • Tracking progress and ensuring accountability for key account actions across teams
  • Collaborating with Clients and Markets teams to activate on relevant campaigns, events, and thought leadership to strengthen relationships with clients
  • Identifying delivery efficiencies and supporting commercial excellence through analysis of account performance and pricing models
