
Strategic Workforce Development Specialist

Job Description:
The Strategic Workforce Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success through data-driven workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to optimize resource allocation and enhance business performance.
Coordinate and monitor workforce planning activities to ensure effective resourcing and minimize operational risks.
Manage workforce rostering, vacancies, recruitment, absence management, employment contracts, and other HR-related activities to maintain a high-performing team.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions to drive business growth.
