- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.\
- Conduct data-driven analysis to inform decision-making and drive strategic growth.\
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.\

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of workforce retention strategies and their practical implementation.\
- Proven ability to engage and adapt learning strategies for diverse audiences.\
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.\
- A deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.\
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.\
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.\
