About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Stratco. As a Sales and Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with assigned customers, identifying and developing new customer relationships, and identifying new product and market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with assigned customers
  • Identify and develop new customer relationships at all levels
  • Identify new product and market opportunities
  • Prepare project quotations and sales proposals

Requirements:

  • A proven sales track record, preferably gained within technical products/solution realms
  • Action oriented and able to effectively communicate at all levels
  • A high level of personal drive and a growth mindset
  • Possess a strong level of commercial and business acumen
  • A strong team player
  • The ability to confidently manage multiple customers and priorities
  • A willingness to travel when required
