About the Role

An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead our Northern Beaches stores, around Mona Vale, Dee Why and Belrose NSW. The successful applicant will bring a proven track record of achievement in retail management, with a strong focus on team leadership and collaboration to drive a positive and safe culture in store.

As a key member of our team, you will inspire your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, develop a strong understanding of your store team, and provide coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success. This includes providing training and coaching in safety, as well as leading from the front in terms of workplace health and safety.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a large and successful team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business results, including sales and profit maximization.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and supply chain logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including OH&S and employment laws.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners.
About You
  • You will have previous experience in a senior retail management role, with a proven track record of achievement in team leadership and sales growth.
  • You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • You will be flexible and available to work across our span of hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • You will have a strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
