Store Leadership and Operations Manager

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a seasoned retail professional to take on the challenge of Store Business Manager at Officeworks' Northern Beaches stores, covering Mona Vale, Dee Why, and Belrose in NSW.
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of achievement in retail management, along with a collaborative and engaging style that fosters a positive culture in-store.
As a Store Business Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This involves developing a deep understanding of your store team, providing coaching and development opportunities, and leading from the front on workplace health and safety.
To ensure the effective operation of your store, you will work towards maximising sales and profit earnings while maintaining expense levels according to budget.
About You
- You will have previous experience in a senior retail management role, leading a team of 30+ members.
- You will possess the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- You will be available to work flexible hours across our store's operating times.
- You will have a strong understanding of various retail operations.
- You will have experience working towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets.
- You will demonstrate effective time management and organisational skills.
- You will have proven people leadership and safety management abilities.
