Your Role:

We're looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our Vinnies retail team in Hornsby on a casual basis. This role involves working closely with the team to drive sales, learn different aspects of store operations, and grow your retail career with Vinnies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor
  • Use creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising
  • Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store

You Will Need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets
  • Understanding of fashion and trends

Estimated Salary: $22 - $28 per hour, depending on experience. As a part-time employee, you'll have the flexibility to choose your hours and balance work with other commitments.
