**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Retail Leader to join our bakery team as a Bakery Operations Manager. This is a full-time opportunity based in one of our retail stores.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the bakery department, ensuring excellent standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock rotation, and waste management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
