About the Role

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a seasoned retail leader to join Officeworks as a Store Business Manager at our Northern Beaches stores, serving Mona Vale, Dee Why, and Belrose NSW. The successful candidate will possess an impressive track record of achievement in retail management, demonstrating a highly engaging and collaborative style to foster a positive and safe culture in-store.

As a Store Business Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience in-store. You will develop a deep understanding of your store team, providing coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success. This includes delivering training and coaching in safety, as well as leading by example in terms of workplace health and safety.

To drive operational excellence and achieve outstanding results, you will maximise sales and profit earnings while maintaining expense levels within budget.

About You
  • Prior experience in a senior retail leadership role, managing a large successful team of 30+ members is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Flexible availability across our store's operating hours.
  • A strong understanding of various retail operations.
  • Previous experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and budgets.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated people leadership and safety management capabilities.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
