About the Role

An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a seasoned Retail Manager to join Officeworks at our Northern Beaches stores in NSW.

The successful candidate will possess a strong track record of achievement in retail leadership and demonstrate a highly engaging and collaborative style to drive a positive culture in store.

As a Store Operations Leader, you will inspire your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will develop a deep understanding of your store team and provide coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success. This includes providing training and coaching in safety and leading from the front on workplace health and safety.

You will be responsible for managing the operation of your store effectively to deliver outstanding results, maximising sales and profit earnings while maintaining expense levels according to budget.

About You
  • Previous experience in a senior retail management role with a large successful team of 30+ members
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Flexible availability across our span of hours
  • A strong understanding of various retail operations
  • Previous experience working to key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated people leadership and safety management
