About the Role:

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position is responsible for maximising store performance through team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment and a proven track record of driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Team: Bring your passion for retail to life, delivering exceptional customer-focused service and telling the brand's story of authenticity and confidence.
  • Manage Budgets: Interpret financial reports, manage budgets, and craft efficient rosters.
  • Drive Team Performance: Drive team performance, productivity, and skill development, nurturing a culture of growth for our team members.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising that reflects the essence of the brand.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, fostering collaboration and synergy.
