Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Executive to join our team at Salve Consulting. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders in Chinese-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring successful product sales in the assigned region.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing channel partners, optimize channel structures, and explore opportunities to establish new channels.
  • Manage direct sales to key accounts, fostering strong relationships and driving long-term customer loyalty.
  • Pursue and develop new customer opportunities through various sales channels.
  • Gather, analyze, and report relevant market information, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with excellent international communication skills.
  • Strong enthusiasm for overseas sales, coupled with excellent execution skills and a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with international trade processes, including documentation, policies, regulations, and industry conventions.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and international markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in international markets.
  • Highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and analyze market data efficiently.
  • A collaborative team player who excels in cross-functional environments and fosters teamwork across international teams.
  • Able to quickly address challenges and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package:
  • Salary Structure: Our compensation package includes a basic salary spread across 15 months, along with performance-based bonuses and commissions tied to sales targets.
  • Social Security Provident Fund: We provide comprehensive social security coverage, including minimum five insurances and one fund, in line with regulatory requirements.
