As a key member of our sales team, you will work directly with warm leads generated by our SDRs & BDRs and marketing campaigns, and lead these opportunities through the discovery, proposal, and closing stages.

  • Take qualified leads from discovery to deal, including proposal preparation, presentations, and commercial negotiation.
  • Run structured discovery workshops with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our product, design, and engineering teams to scope high-impact technology solutions.
  • Prepare professional, tailored proposals and pitch decks that clearly articulate our unique value proposition.
  • Own and drive your sales pipeline using our CRM and sales tools to track activity, deals, and performance.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
  • Represent us at events, meetups, and strategic client sessions when needed.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, sales management, account executive, or engagement manager roles, preferably selling software development services, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in consultative sales and solution selling.
  • Ability to work with founders, CIOs, and senior decision-makers — you're comfortable leading discussions with strategic business leaders.
  • Experience preparing and presenting compelling proposals, estimates, and closing 6-7 figure deals ($500k-$5M).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive mindset, driven by success and client outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian business market and tech landscape.
  • A relevant undergraduate degree from a reputable university is essential. An MBA or postgraduate qualification in business, technology, or a related field will be highly regarded.
