An exciting opportunity has become available for a Territory Manager to join our VIC Field Sales team and manage key relationships across Greater Geelong including Ballarat & Warrnambool, representing our iconic brands in key grocery outlets. We're looking for an individual who thrives in a role that offers both autonomy, in driving excellence & results in your territory, but also working as part of a broader team to ensure success for the state. You will work with your customers to negotiate on great outcomes for them and our range of products.
**A Taste Of What You'll Be Doing**:
- Managing an assigned sales territory in the Greater Geelong/Ballarat and Warrnambool areas, driving the performance of Kellanova's portfolio across key grocery & select independents outlets
Develop and maintain strong and long-term customer partnerships
Complete field reporting and increased promotional effectiveness
Utilise initiative, planning, time management and selling skills to identify opportunities to increase sales and ensure maximum return from your total territory
Managing & directing 2 x dedicated merchandisers (3rd party)
**Your Recipe For Success**:
- Previous sales experience in a Grocery or FMCG environment is preferred
Strengths in developing new customer relationships and servicing the existing client base
Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with a proven ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities
Experienced managing merchandisers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-managed and motivated
Pride in your role and passion for representing the Kellanova brands across Breakfast and Snacks categories
Clean VIC drivers licence
