The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Systems Specialist to support the project team in upgrading and implementing HRIS systems.

This 18-month fixed-term contract position offers a unique chance to work with a leading organisation during a period of growth and transformation.

As a key member of the payroll team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting upgrade projects and implementing HRIS systems
  • Providing expert knowledge of payroll systems and data management
  • Contributing to project planning and risk identification
  • Ensuring accurate EA interpretations within payroll systems
  • Delivering high-quality customer service and support to stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience in Chris21 payroll software
  • Prior payroll project experience, ideally in a large-scale environment (5,000+ employees)
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll compliance, EBA's, and awards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing payroll team
