About The Role

The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for processing multiple payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. This high-volume role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with client onboarding and set up new employees
  2. Manage payroll documentation, including TFN, Super, and Employment Contracts
  3. Enter payroll data, manage leave balances, and generate reports
  4. Prepare and lodge payroll taxes and IAS
  5. Process superannuation lodgements and set up WorkCover policies
  6. Support EOM and EOFY reporting processes
  7. Address payroll-related inquiries

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role processing multiple payrolls
  • Knowledge of general payroll legislation, including Superannuation and payroll tax
  • Competency using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
