We are seeking a highly motivated Hospitality Manager to join our team at Greenway Views Village. This role offers the opportunity to shape our hospitality offerings, foster a culture of excellence, and deliver exceptional experiences for our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of food and beverage operations, including functions and events, as well as resident move-in experiences. This vital role requires coordination with various stakeholders to provide a 5-star experience for our residents.

This position is Monday to Friday with flexibility to attend village events as required.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor of Hotel, Resort Management or equivalent degree.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Prior experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Understanding of hospitality management systems and procedures.
  • Proven track record of driving hospitality operations and achieving key performance indicators.
  • Experience in managing financial performance and budgets.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a roster including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
