Role Overview

This role is designed to support a busy Managing Director, who expects you to be proactive and anticipate their needs. As an Executive Assistant, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be confident on the phone, setting up sales meetings for the MD, and taking on various tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary management and coordination
  • Booking travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Proactively arranging meetings, managing agendas, documenting all notes, and following up on actions
  • Leading the follow-up process and coordinating tasks
  • Managing a Virtual Assistant and handling expenses
  • Pulling together sales materials and supporting other brokers as needed

You will liaise with others in a constructive and supportive manner to achieve win-win outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a PA or EA in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to provide high-level support and foster a positive team culture
  • Strong MS Office skills and experience working in a sales environment
  • A friendly, can-do attitude and a desire to be part of a team
  • Strong financial and business acumen, supported by well-developed conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
What We Offer
