Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our Partner, including diary management, email coordination, and other tasks as required.
  • Reception and Mail Services: Greet clients, answer and direct telephone calls, manage mail in/out, and process incoming correspondence.
  • Record Keeping and Filing: Maintain accurate records, scan and file documents, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Event Planning: Organize staff events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Supply Management: Manage facilities, supplies, and small purchases, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar administration role.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Word and Excel, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
