**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Transformational People Leader to join our team as a VP People. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will drive leadership and employment transformation across the entire employee lifecycle to create a high-performance team and culture that achieves ambitious business targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive leadership and employment transformation across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Manage and implement best practices across the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance management, and rewards.
  • Partner with the executive leadership team and management team to enhance a positive, engaged culture that works to assimilate the interest, talents, and contributions of all employees in a high-growth environment.
  • Lead and support a comprehensive talent acquisition process to attract, develop, retain, and engage a high-quality workforce.
  • Partner with the Head of Learning to develop and implement long-range strategic plans to build human capital through performance management, coaching, training, and development.
  • Assess coaching and leadership development needs and partner with members of the senior leadership team to bolster the leadership skills of managers and supervisors.
  • Establish organizational performance management programs that align with the values and mission of the company.
  • Partner with the COO/CFO to develop and lead a best-in-class total rewards program.
  • Ensure that HR technology is in place to meet current and future prospective business objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in leading transformation aligned with business goals.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain high energy across organizations.
  • Strong background in talent acquisition, development, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining a positive, value-driven organizational culture.
  • Proficiency in designing and managing competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
  • Deep knowledge of HR operations, technology, compliance, and internal communications.
  • Skilled in coaching and developing leadership at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to create psychological safety and resolve conflicts across diverse groups.
  • Expertise in handling HR in rapidly growing companies.
  • Proven track record in driving leadership, people, and cultural change programs.
  • Experience implementing employee IS systems and productivity tools.
  • Extensive background with Private Equity-owned companies, including handling M&A integrations.
  • Specialized knowledge and experience as a people leader in the Polish market and across Europe.
  • Experience supporting companies with employees.
  • Fluent in English.
