Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist to join our Human Resources team and lead our global recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including referrals, job boards, and social media
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to design and execute selection processes, including interviews and assessments
  • Design and implement a candidate experience program to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet the company's current and future hiring needs
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the HR Manager on recruitment metrics and trends
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding
  • Proven track record of success in international recruitment and fast-paced environments
  • Experience in hiring technical profiles and knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Ability to think globally and adapt to local challenges and specificity
