Director of Organisational Excellence

Probe CX is seeking a highly skilled Director of Organisational Development to lead critical initiatives that drive change and enable the business to achieve greater effectiveness. This role focuses on developing, enhancing, and embedding strategies, structures, and processes that support Probe CX's long-term goals.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for crafting fit-for-purpose programs that elevate our people, ensuring we remain agile and competitive in a fast-evolving market. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the optimisation of organisational structures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, building comprehensive capability frameworks that support individuals at every stage of their career, and leading initiatives to identify, nurture, and accelerate high-potential talent across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead organisational structure initiatives, implementing solutions that address inefficiencies and enhance overall performance.
- Develop and implement a group-wide capability and career mapping framework, supporting the entire employee lifecycle from acquisition to talent development.
- Design world-class global leadership programs, from graduate to executive level, ensuring development at every stage.
- Create and implement an enterprise-wide learning strategy that addresses key capability gaps and measures ROI on learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Talent function to design a high-potential talent acceleration program that boosts career progression and retention.
- Promote adaptability and resilience across the organisation in response to industry changes, including technological advancements and market shifts.
