We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Dermatology Medicine Program.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management and leadership of the Dermatology department, providing services across Monash Health, consistent with our Strategic and Clinical Services plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the organisational structure of the Unit and appoint medical staff in consultation with Site Operation Directors.
- Provide leadership in achieving and upholding Monash Health's Vision, Purpose and Values.
- Contribute to the University in the areas of teaching, research and academic leadership.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dermatology, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the Program Medical Director and other stakeholders.
