Director of Organisational Development and Transformation

Probe CX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Organisational Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving organisational transformation and cultural change across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement organisational design strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build comprehensive capability frameworks to support individuals at every stage of their career.
- Lead initiatives to identify, nurture, and accelerate high-potential talent across the organisation.
- Oversee the design of a global learning strategy and leadership development programs for all levels.
- Shape a future-focused performance framework and implement a comprehensive reward and recognition strategy.

- Global Learning & Leadership Development: Experience designing and delivering learning strategies and leadership programs across multiple regions.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships across functions and work closely with Senior Business Partners and leadership teams.
