This permanent, full-time position is based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained. As part of our diverse team, you will make a positive impact on someone's life every day.

Responsibilities include:

  • Pro-actively proceeding with appropriate case management to achieve the optimum outcome of early sustainable return to work for workers
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regularly to progress strategies and actions
  • Developing strong customer relationships and providing high-level customer service to all parties
  • Conducting health promotion activities to enhance injured worker wellbeing and empower them to participate in their own treatment and recovery

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Demonstrating strong customer service focus with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Displaying strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess challenges and implement effective solutions
  • Communicating clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally to build strong connections with clients and colleagues
  • Sound knowledge of medical terminology gained through work experience or studies in Allied Health is beneficial but not mandatory

An estimated salary for this position is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
