We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Plena Healthcare.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced occupational therapist to work in a community setting, providing clinical and therapeutic interventions that support positive health and wellbeing outcomes for participants and consumers.
You will be working as part of a large and collaborative multidisciplinary allied health team, supporting participants and consumers in both the Disability Community setting.

Your Career with Us:In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide meaningful clinical and therapeutic interventions in both Disability and Community settings.
- Complete assessments and recommendations, including Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA's), that support and promote independence and participation and optimal funding outcomes.
- Design impactful therapy plans using evidence-based tools to support participants in achieving their goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with participants, families, and support teams.
- Educate clients and caregivers on health topics such as fall prevention and stress management.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Australian working rights.
