Job Title: Digital Community Builder

We are seeking a skilled professional to shape and execute online strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and align with our overall marketing objectives.

This role requires a deep understanding of digital platforms, trends, and analytics, as well as a passion for storytelling and community building.

The successful candidate will collaborate with teams across Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and Sales—to bring our purpose to life online. This includes content creation, performance reporting, and participating in cross-market conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Content Lead: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.

  • Digital Community Management: Support the community managers with proactive posting and social monitoring.

  • Influencer Strategy Lead: Lead the execution of the social influencer strategy including liaising with influencers, campaign briefs, and management of the day-to-day.
