As a Telehealth professional, you will provide virtual consultations and patient assessments, helping individuals across Australia access quality care from the comfort of their homes.

Your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Conducting virtual consultations via phone and video for general health concerns, chronic conditions, and acute presentations
  • Providing prescriptions, referrals, pathology requests, and ongoing treatment plans
  • Reviewing structured patient histories before consultations to improve clinical efficiency
  • Carrying out follow-ups and long-term care management, ensuring continuity of care
  • Supporting a diverse patient base, including individuals in regional and remote areas who may have limited access to in-person care

You will be working as part of a collaborative team with Clinical Director Julia Segal, NP and Chief Medical Officer Dr Ramu Nachiappan, and tapping into our network of 190 other practitioners.

A professional and ethical approach to patient care is guided by nationally recognized standards and codes developed by regulatory bodies such as the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and individual National Boards.
