Telehealth Mental Health Specialist

As a mental health professional, you will support clients' mental well-being and personal growth on our telehealth platform. This freelance remote role offers flexibility in scheduling business hours and the opportunity to supplement current jobs or private practices.

We are seeking highly skilled Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to partner with us and bring their expertise to our platform.
Main Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one telehealth or onsite mental health support for our clients.
- Focusing on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and other complex issues.
- Collaborate with our internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform.
- A Master's or Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
- Expertise in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, and others.
- At least 300 hours of clinical experience post-masters degree.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and local languages.
- Prior experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is highly valued.
- Additional qualifications in EAP, counselling adults, or coaching managerial roles are beneficial.
- Flexibility to work onsite if necessary is a plus.
