Nurse Telehealth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to provide patient-centered care via telehealth.
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will work closely with registered nurse practitioners, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and safe nursing care to patients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide attentive and holistic care to patients over the phone.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, care plans, and medication charts.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and patients, ensuring clear and empathetic communication.
- Educate patients on health-related topics including medication management and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor medications and dosage, observing patients for adverse reactions and reporting any concerns to the appropriate authorities.
- Collaborate with audit teams to review findings and implement corrective actions.
- Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
- Prior experience in nursing through telehealth.
- Ability to build rapport with patients over the phone, making sure they feel supported on their health journey.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
