Your Role

You'll deliver acute, episodic care via phone and video for non-emergency presentations such as:

  • Respiratory symptoms, UTIs, and general health concerns
  • Clinical advice, prescriptions, and medical certificates
  • Supporting continuity of care by uploading notes to My Health Record or forwarding to the patient's regular GP
  • Helping reduce emergency department presentations through timely intervention

Note
: This role does not include radiology, pathology, or specialist referrals. All patients are pre-screened by a nurse-led triage service.

What You'll Need:

  • A private home office setup
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 50Mbps download / 20Mbps upload via Cable or NBN fibre)
  • Unrestricted specialist registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 3 years' GP experience, including at least 1 year in Australian General Practice
  • Confidence in telehealth consultations and collaboration via MS Teams
