Purpose of the Role

As an Emergency Response Operator, you will be part of a unified team supporting clients in need of assistance. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional customer service and response support.

Responsibilities

  • Answer medical alarm activations, providing reassurance and peace of mind to customers and their family members.
  • Notify ambulance services and communicate critical emergency details.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate empathy and excellent listening skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Excellent resilience and computer literacy.
  • A first aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Flexibility

This permanent part-time position offers flexibility, with shifts available to suit most people. Remote working opportunities are also available for fully trained staff.
