About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Telehealth Professional to deliver high-quality care to residents.

Key responsibilities include delivering advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, and intervention via telehealth. This involves managing acute health issues, updating care plans, and coordinating with facility staff, general practitioners, and specialists.

Additionally, this role requires issuing prescriptions, ordering/reviewing investigations, and making referrals as needed. After-hours telehealth rounds and timely documentation for continuity of care are also essential.

About You

You are a skilled clinician who excels in independent practice and effectively utilizes telehealth technology to drive impactful results.

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
  • Advanced clinical experience relevant to aged care is essential.
  • Strong decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Proficiency with telehealth systems and electronic medical records is expected.
  • Professional indemnity insurance and your own laptop are prerequisites for this position.
