Medical Administrator

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our telehealth service provider.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the onboarding and rostering process for new team members
  • Effective communication with stakeholders, including pharmacy partners, doctors, and other shareholders
  • Accurate maintenance of up-to-date information within our company web software platform and Practice Management System
  • Ensuring seamless communication of patient results and liaising with patients regarding follow-up activities
  • Providing support with reporting requirements for commercial clients
  • Assisting with daily and ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment (e.g. general practice or pharmacy)
  • Strong customer service skills with practical knowledge of managing client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively to resolve problems and escalate issues as necessary
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and reliability in delivering consistent quality of service
  • Enjoyment working collaboratively within a small team environment
  • Strong time management skills to effectively manage workload
