Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an Event Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of events throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor coordination, catering, transportation, and equipment setup.
  • Prepare event budgets, track expenses, and ensure events stay within budget.
  • Manage communications with event participants, donors, and sponsors, providing them with necessary information and support.
  • Gather feedback, analyze event success, and assist in reporting outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
