Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Coordinator to assist with room allocations, reservation modifications and cancellations. This role involves being the first point of contact for our guests, handling payment transactions, suggesting room upgrades and maintaining accurate reservation records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the initial point of contact for our guests, addressing inquiries and answering questions in a professional manner.
  • Allocate rooms based on guest preferences, availability and business demands.
  • Process secure payments, verifying billing details for accuracy.
  • Suggest room upgrades, offer special amenities and fulfill specific guest requests.
  • Maintain meticulous reservation records to monitor room availability and optimize hotel operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in using property management systems is a significant advantage.
