Job Title:

The Accommodation Rostering Coordinator will be responsible for managing the development of rosters that meet legislative requirements, staff availability, client needs and funding limitations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of client and staff permanent rosters across all locations and accommodation services
  • Update and maintain staff, client and other contacts data in Carelink and Carelink GO as required
  • Resolve staff and client roster issues in accordance with legislative requirements
  • Manage staff leave and workforce planning
  • Provide a central point of contact for vacant shift management and resolution
  • Ensure efficient allocation of shifts to engage casuals and prioritize PPT employees
  • Escalate employee concerns or complaints around shift allocations as necessary
  • Collaborate with Payroll on shift approval process and billing on client approval process
  • Align FTE requirements with funding and client needs
  • Monitor and report on client funding utilization to management

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
