Hotel Operations Specialist

Our Hotel Operations team is responsible for providing exceptional guest satisfaction. As a Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in supporting smooth overnight operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests
  • Carrying luggage
  • Valet parking guest vehicles
  • Explaining hotel facilities
  • Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Hotel entrance
  • Providing tourism information including dining and entertainment recommendations
  • Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program

Additional responsibilities include working a flexible 7-day roster including Overnights and Public Holidays.

You must be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude, and have a passion for hotel operations and customer service.

**Requirements**

- Experience in a similar role (essential)

- Proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

- Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures

- A guest-centric mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
