We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an SDA Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing requests for disability modifications, coordinating the refurbishment of properties, and ensuring the highest standard of Specialist Disability Accommodation under the NDIS SDA provider framework.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

The SDA Coordinator will work closely with Homes Victoria, Supported Independent Living providers, residents, and their families to ensure that all properties meet the required standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and upgrade work in Victorian Government owned Specialist Disability Housing (SDA) properties
  • Represent Homes Victoria as landlord and SDA provider in relation to property management
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and residents in relation to property management in Government owned SDA

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

A degree in a relevant field and experience in property management or a related field would be highly regarded.
