The Role

">

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Store Build Project Coordinator. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating store builds and refurbishments in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Your Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Establish and maintain a program for the rollout works;">
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to control the works to meet the program, budget, and expected quality of fit out;">
  • Ensure all works are executed and completed strictly in accordance with the design and construction intent of the drawings and the Scope of Works for each site;">
  • Arrange and attend defects inspections of all works and ensure they are rectified;">
  • Receive, address, and settle all subcontractors' invoices, claims for variance, etc., as may be appropriate and in a timely manner;">
  • Liaise with Shopping Centre Managers;">
  • Assist with other projects as directed by the Store Development Manager.">

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to manage fit-out projects;">
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, program works, analyze risk, and negotiate;">
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations of a business unit;">
  • Strong initiative and ability to work without supervision;">
  • Good understanding of retail concepts and processes;">
  • Excellent implementation skills;">
  • Ability to quickly grasp an understanding of Lovisa products and processes;">
  • Financial, written, and verbal literacy;">
  • Experience in Materials Requirement Planning;">
  • Experience in Microsoft Project;">
  • A 'can-do' positive attitude;">
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with a high sense of urgency and accuracy;">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • High degree of accuracy with attention to detail.">
