We are seeking a highly skilled IoT Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at South East Water. As a key member of our Iota Group, you will play a critical role in delivering and supporting innovative products that transform the water industry.
Key Responsibilities- Provide level one technical support for Iota customers, diagnosing failed products and product warranty repair.
- Test and prototype monitoring/control devices, water and wastewater technologies, and systems.
- Support product development and testing, recommending improvements to test products or systems based on learnings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Iota customer and product outcomes.
- Post-secondary diploma, certificate III in electronics, or associate degree.
- 1 year of experience working as a hardware technician, building and testing electronic products and prototypes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present technical information to technical and business audiences.
- Problem-solving skills, with ability to exercise professional judgment in recognizing and solving problems.
- Technical skills, including programming in C, C++, and Python.
- A commitment to work-life balance with flexible working arrangements.
