**The role**:
The responsibilities of this role encompass offering technical assistance for inquiries from sizable commercial and water utility customers. Additionally, the role involves overseeing service delivery management as an integral part of a managed IoT service provided to our customers.

Amongst other things, the role will have you build in-depth domain knowledge on IoT device logic, behaviour, and configuration across a suite of key device and platform offerings that Iota offer across various customer solution engagements.

**Who are you?**:
The IOT Test Analyst & Service Lead will bring or develop a strong background in testing across hardware and firmware. To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A tertiary degree in electrical/electronic/system engineering or related;
- Good knowledge of testing approaches for IT/IoT solutions and software; Experience in defining and executing test plans;
- Experience in embedded systems, cellular IoT communication devices and related protocols (IP based protocols as well as 4G, NB-IoT, LoRa and other LPWAN technologies); experience with diagnostic tools and packet analysis across the TCP/UDP IP Stack e.g. Wireshark;
- Product development experience desirable;
- Scripting knowledge desirable;
- Experience with data visualisation and reporting (e.g. XL, Power BI)
- Experience working in an Agile environment;
- Help desk experience using Jira or other ticket systems (appreciation of ITIL Service management principles highly desirable)
- Strong customer service focus
- Experience in presenting technical information and concepts to a wide range of external and internal audiences; Strong written and verbal communication skills; as well as exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.**What's in it for you?**:
