Job Description

The purpose of this role is to identify and pursue funding opportunities that align with our strategic objectives. We are seeking a skilled professional to manage existing partnerships and establish new connections with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for securing grants and resources.
  • Monitor and report on grant performance and outcomes to relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment with funding requirements.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, agreements, and reports for funders and partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of funding opportunities and partnership activities.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in grant writing and partnership management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines effectively.
  • A sound understanding of funding processes and compliance requirements.
  • A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software for tracking and reporting purposes.
