Job Description
  • Identify and apply for grant opportunities that align with organisational objectives.
  • Manage existing partnerships and foster new relationships with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies for securing funding and resources.
  • Monitor and report on grant performance and outcomes to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment with funding requirements.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, agreements, and reports for funders and partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of funding opportunities and partnership activities.
  • Ensure compliance with grant and partnership agreements, including financial accountability.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Grants And Partnership Manager Should Have
  • Demonstrated experience in grant writing and partnership management, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Sound understanding of funding processes and compliance requirements.
  • A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • A genuine passion for community-focused work and cultural awareness.
