Pricing Strategy Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Analytics & Pricing to lead our pricing and analytics strategies, driving revenue growth and profitability.
About the Role:
As a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and be responsible for developing and executing pricing and analytics strategies that optimize revenue, profitability, and market positioning.
You will lead a high-performing team focused on delivering actionable insights, developing dynamic pricing models, and staying responsive to evolving market conditions and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative pricing models that enhance growth and competitiveness
- Work with Finance to develop models forecasting pricing impacts and profitability
- Innovate pricing strategies, leveraging AI and ML to improve pricing accuracy and efficiency
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to align on pricing strategies and ensure data-driven decisions are well-integrated across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Maths, Engineering, Science, IT, or Commerce
- 8+ years in pricing, analytics, or revenue management roles, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record in data-driven pricing strategies within a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Skilled in data warehousing, data governance, data security, and privacy
Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000 per annum, plus superannuation benefits.
