This is an exciting opportunity to join Domain, a leading company in Australia, as a Price Optimization Specialist. With an amazing team and rapid growth, you'll be at the heart of our pricing strategy.

As a Price Optimization Specialist at Domain, you'll develop expertise in our pricing landscape, uncovering ways to maximise ROI and drive growth. You'll work with cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies that increase market penetration and revenue.

The role requires building foundational pricing infrastructure, including data models and analytics, to support Domain's future growth. You'll partner with product owners to refine pricing models and optimise margins across our product range.

We're a high-performing group, respected as pricing experts and key contributors to Domain's commercial projects. Working with us, you'll gain broad experience across all business units—from fast-paced startup segments to established divisions.

About this role:

  • Develop expertise in Domain's pricing landscape, uncovering ways to maximise ROI and drive growth.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies that increase market penetration and revenue.
  • Build foundational pricing infrastructure, including data models and analytics, to support Domain's future growth.
  • Partner with product owners to refine pricing models and optimise margins across our product range.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable with Excel and basic analytics; you're ready to build on your foundation and apply it in a commercial context.
  • Experience in Pricing or Financial Modeling: Some background with pricing or commercial analysis, with an interest in translating data into actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Ready to grow your confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders and sharing data-driven recommendations.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity and Initiative: You ask questions, seek solutions, and are always looking for ways to add value.
