About the Role:

This Financial Services Specialist will be responsible for reviewing ledgers, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring payment terms are adhered to. The successful candidate will also be expected to establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as prepare statements and reconciliations.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can bring their expertise in credit and collections to this role. If you have 12 months or more of experience in a similar position and possess excellent communication skills, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in credit and collections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong Excel skills (testing will be conducted)
